Too bad Subaru shod these great vehicles with very sub-standard tires. The Yokohama AVID GT tires are close to being the worst rated tire for the weather we bought this car for: winter. Subaru just forced my hand, and I had order a set of Pirelli Scorpion WeatherActive tires, because the standard tires are pitiful in the weather Maine is rather famous for. Thank you, Subaru for making me force my wife to spend another $900 after spending plenty on that new car. Thank you for not GAF about weather that your customers might be subject to. In a place that is famous for it's concentration of Subarus. Worst part is that the crappy OEM YOKOHAMA AVID GT was $12 more PER TIRE at tirerack. The Pirelli Scorpion WeatherActive would have made me a happier customer.And my wife. Now, I am sort of sorry we didn't buy an Audi.

We just bought a 2023 Forester Limited in that color, last Saturday. We bought our other Forester from Lithia in Reno in 2010 and have had all service done there. Great people, great service.

Nothing is wrong with subaru cars with four cylinders, except the silicone cylinder head gasket. Subaru should put head gaskets like in toyota cars, not these cheap glues which does not hold for a long time

Remember when you could buy a brand new STI Base for 36k and now 2023, subaru expects you to justify the lesser performance WRX is now the same price as a new STI 😂 Yeaaa no. Wrx base used to be 26k new all day. I'd never pay STI price for a wrx.

Consider that compared to the competition (golf r, gr Corolla, civic si and type r, huyndai n cars, etc), the new wrx is still the cheapest option. It may not be as affordable as it used to be, but it still is the entry model to the low-end performance cars.

@ludicrousspeeds4938 well I will agree, I would take the new wrx over the Golf R, Elantra N and Corrola not bcz of price but because imo wrx just looks better than those others, but I wouldn't spend 40k on the wrx then drop 10k into it to make it look better/faster when there's better options out there for 50k already.
