Hello Alonso, how wonderful that you are realising so many big and small things so early in life. The journey that you are on, a medley of spirtualism and materialism, is going to be most mirthful experience for you.

Everything is relative I can tell you being addicted to self improvement videos is a hell of a lot better for the mind and brain than being addicted to porn..one is cocaine the other bubble gum

Self- improvement Gurus are like drug dealers that make you addicted to getting high all the time. Only that the high is caused by your own dopamine release. Also, they rarely give you any concrete steps on how to accomplish improvement. If they do, you gotta give them money for it. But can they guarantee the results? Of course not! Everyone is built differently. What will happen is they will put the blame on you

Ok. I needed this rn. Goodbye all social media apps and this time... I will also delete KZfaq this time !! (As I did that several times but without having the courage to delete KZfaq...) No excuses... I thought to me... How will I do without listening music on KZfaq. I have Spotify but not everything is on it... And when I began to delete all the apps, I saw.... KZfaq music. And now I was sure of it. I'm gonna delete KZfaq. I received enought help from outisde. Enought tips and tricks. Now the work has to be done to my side. I hope It'll work on my computer too. Wish me good luck ! Thx bro. Lezgo get back my life !!! Figjtingu !!! 💪💪💪✨✨✨

I agree with you, you definitely don't want to spend too much time just consuming without actually DOING the things you're learning. Personal development is a never ending cycle between "stage 1" and "stage 2". Like you said though, you don't want to spend too much time in "Stage 1", so you can actually do the necessary work to develop. Good video! Keep at it. Peace.

thats not the "gurus" mistake, thats the mistake of consumers, stop defaming them , better Ideas has genuinely helped me , and it would be my mistake if i dont implement the advice not the youtuber's, i would rename the title to "watching self improvement is not enough", you dont have to "stop" self improvement just limit it

16:00 - Even I wanted to cry hearing this. Welled up there. Very honest and emotive. Total respect to you. Most people will feel a little of this at some point in their lives. Going through financial stresses right now, so I can relate to everything you have said. I know the gym gives great relief but also concerned about the cost and if I would be using it as a distraction or avoidance. Working outside your home also is a brilliant tip as it makes you break the habits that distract you (like KZfaq etc), forces you to get up, dressed and interact with others. You could do your appointment setting out of the home, like in a coworking space, so you get out and see others. Environment can be so influential in inspiring our moods. Lovely video - well done for doing it.

Great lighting and background music but you contradict it with your manic speech and overediting out all the thinking and breathing spaces. Viewers need time to process what you have said. The setting is very cinematic and would support the theme of the depression. Also develop your vocabulary to where you are not constantly swearing at your viewers because you lack an array of adjectives others that 'f#@&ing'. It's immature and KZfaq will not promote it. Read their latest guidelines.

Rule number one (my father taught me) "NEVER watch tv, unless your doing what they are doing, WHILE you watch it." I've been in martial arts for 20 plus years and one of the reasons I was so good, is all of the men my age grew up with Dragon Ball z. Some of my friends would go to the dojo or Boxing Club after the episode. I was training during the episode, and went to the dojo as well. The problem is not, for example, workout KZfaq videos. The problem is, are you working out with them or dick watching? For an adult example, I learned how to fix the sink in one day. By clicking the KZfaq video, and immediately grabbing my tools and walking towards the sink in to due what he was saying.

Gotta give u credit for opening up about this. I went through something similar to this very recently lol one thing I learned was to freakin never make someone else a motivation make yourself your motivation. Because u deserve happiness and all the desires of your heart yk. When u make someone else your motivation u r giving them the power even if it’s someone u love. By helping yourself you’re helping the ones u love as well. Another thing I learned was also to look at what I am doing and figure out if it’s something I actually want to do or if it’s something I am doing because of what I get out of it 💸. I felt miserable trying so many different business models cus I was doing it for the wrong reasons and I didn’t even like it. I felt u with the KZfaq thing as well I freakin love making content, in the past I put it on hold cus I felt like I had to focus on my business and stuff. But making content made me really happy, I woke up thinking about it. I realized I could do both and it was the best decision I ever made. Anyways, I took away a lot from this video and I am so glad u r in a better place and u genuinely look happy as well🔥

All that stuff isn't bullshit. It helps until you start binge watching it like it's a Netflix series. Self Improvement isn't about watching self improvement videos but acting upon creating the habits that take you to the best version of yourself & your dream life. Watch a helpful video, audio or book & instead of clicking onto the next video, etc. Act on what you learned then repeat

You can still watch it, but not just « watch it ». U need to start implementing it to your life. I find the « Better ideas » videos kind of different, they actually helped me implementing new habits. If the only thing u do is watching the vids, it’s useless bc u don’t use them, it’s just another form of procrastination and.
