Hace mucho no veía con Yanni una violinista tan expresiva, la ultima primera y ultima para mi fue Briggs, hasta que vi a esta violinista.... Hace poco estaba platicando con amigo y me comento que en ocasiones somos fans nostálgicos... queremos escuchar todo igual que antes... sin embargo, es difícil, la música se va adaptando y evolucionando, al inicio no me gusto, pero al ver y escuchar a LA VIOLINISTA Y AL BAJISTA y unos cuantos arreglos que van entre estos dos solos, me di cuenta que NO SON MALOS, le dieron su estilo. Probablemente si hubiéramos escuchado primero esta versión nos vendría el recuerdo y las ganas de escucharla, como paso con algunos comentarios haciendo referencia a BRIGGS... entonces KASUKI y SIMPSON son malas por apegarse al estilo de su antecesora ? o la nueva es mala por querer darle un toque personal, que recordemos que aparentemente Yanni da libertad a sus músicos mas destacados, de hacer arreglos... PERO es complicado decir si es buena o mala.... debido a que toda la melodía tiene arreglos distintos, en el solo de bajo, se esucha en el minuto 3:40 un arreglo que JAMAS había escuchado lo que hace que entre el violín... el cual me parece arrasador el estilo, pero es como un huracán esa violinista, entre mas escucho su solo mas me da esa impresión.
