I bought a Jerry Rice 1986 Topps RC PSA 9. When I consigned it with Probstein123 I was notified that PSA had decertified the card and Probstein123 was ending the auction. I contacted PSA and they sent me an email that stated whether or not I send the card to them is "ultimately up to you". Slab also has an "ebay authenticity guarantee" on it and when I called ebay they stated they rely on PSA who does the grading. PSA is going to keep the card when I send it to them and they will not compensate me in any way. That's what I expect but maybe I will be surprised.

I'm brand new to collecting and when I first searched for cards on youtube he was one of the first guys to show up. I knew nothing about cards and I could tell within a few minutes of the first video that this guy is a total phony. people will take anything someone says as gold as long as the video is well presented

A vintage card was never intended to be issued originally with tape on it. If you can successfully remove that tape, fix a small crease on a corner, wrinkles to make the card as intended originally how is that altering a card? Tape is altering a card from it's original issue, so removing tape is altering? Trimming is altering, painting is altering as that's not how the card was originally produced. If you have an old card, you accidentally left it out at night and a mouse shit on it, wouldn't anybody try to clean that card, that's just a small point.

In theory opening boxes is a loosing game long term, but I was wondering if it's simply being made up for by KZfaq earnings or if something else is going on. (Maybe allocation = Panini/Topps is sending him free boxes to hype them up?).

I just got my Immaculate /25 rpa today in the mail. The seller sent it the “cheap way” eBay envelope and it was ripped on the front and back had a big crease.

What a sad time to be in this hobby to see all the people shamwowwing cards are being good with it. Just sad…….

99% of my items are buy now/offer. My problem is buyers like to offer 50% of my asking price, which I politely decline. Depending on the item if they offer 75%-80% then I’ll make a counteroffer or accept.

CC2 is nothing but a total fraud. Talks a big game. I had a 75K card and offered it up to him at a discount. He got me to send photos, and then ghosted me when he realized that I was serious. Just another joker...

I love selling cheap cards. You get them almost for free inc ollections - but have to pay for the storage until they sell. Those are the cards that churn away paying the bills. The high value cards are eye catchers that bring people in to buy the cheap cards.
