I don’t understand how you could have such a great recipe but you’re gonna put the salmon the wrong way in the pan it always goes down skin first so the skin gets crispy and u also need it that side down so you can measure the temperature correctly 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Tip: when you add spices to hot liquid, use a whisk to stir it in... the whisk eliminates clumping of the spices. Works really well for me in cornmeal porridge.
