You have a bad ground somewhere in the lighting or steering wheel circuitry.

To all the people saying that their Honda is great. I'm going to say bullshit wait until you have to do actual real maintenance on it. Wait till you have a lug nut that strips and you can't replace a lug nut easily without removing the entire wheel assembly cuz there's no hole. Wait till you have a headlight go out and you find out you can't just replace the bulb. You have to replace the entire headlight because the headlight lights is part of the headlight assembly. This car is so unbelievably anti-consumer. I cannot believe any person would stick up for it

If you keep the fluid changed they're actually not that bad, just no one changes the fluid regularly. I'm at 154k miles and the trans is still all oem, and even I've only done 2 fluid changes which is less than I should've done

How are you looking today with the Chevy. I was considering buying a 2015 Silverado with 100k miles on it until seeing your video. Need an update.
@notasolution
@notasolution 14 күн бұрын
@@mbolding3673 currently at 154k miles, other than the starter going bad it’s honestly been a pretty solid truck since I made this video. I have a check engine light for an evap leak which was diagnosed to be the fuel pump (the top of the fuel pumps disintegrate and cause an evap leak) but I’ve been driving it like that for 3 years now no problem. Engine is rock solid and transmission is still hanging in there. Just make sure you change the transmission fluid regularly with these trucks and you won’t have an issue with it for a while. Overall, I would recommend buying one, as long as it’s in good condition, drives well, and isn’t rusty

Expensive but necessary fix. Did the other steps people talked about, end call button etc. none of that worked n I think because I have a 2015 not a newer model. I changed the battery n I’m pretty sure it did need to be changed anyway and all of my sounds are working again! Thank you for your video. Ok, I won’t take the credit, my husband changed the battery. If u have a 2015 u know it’s a task to change it.

@notasolution
@notasolution 14 күн бұрын
@@victorortega2718 I believe the 2.0s are much more solid and less problematic. I work at a Honda dealership currently and never see any 2.0 accords coming through the shop, but there’s at least one 1.5 in the shop a week with some major issue. My car also just finally needed a turbo 2 weeks ago at 160k miles, just another $3,000 into this car to keep it running lol. Definitely would recommended the 2.0 over the 1.5

I’ve got an 2000 SLE -V6.. . Had it for 13 years.. NEVER had an issue! It’s Toyota’s greatest warrior car ever made.. daily driver ..166,000 miles… can’t be killed! Should have been a Lexus entry level as designed …NOT a common problem with the speakers! Mine are original and blow current stock speakers out of the water! Manuals are a problem.. Auto’s are Teflon! Might not be “pretty” in 2024, but still make people wish they had one!

2018 Honda Accord Hybrid 2.0L - 69k (Replacement head gasket needed) - Honda dealer wants $4,500. HC would NOT do a goodwill repair nor contribute because even though most maintenace and repairs were done as per the book (documented in CarFax), it was NOT done at a Honda Dealer. No appeal, case closed. Sought out a different mechanic and he said he'd do the work for $3,100. Bottom line, I'd NEVER recommend a Honda vehicle to anyone if this kind of issue occurs at 60-70K miles.
