It’s 2024. It’s common knowledge these old school types of fish “tanks” are outdated and cruel. A betta needs at least 3 gallons of water in a GLASS bowl or tank. This project is seriously like 30 years outdated

Per Wikipedia, "Democrats have held onto a solid majority since 1962, with near-complete control over the state's congressional delegation and its legislative and executive branch. At the national level, Democrats held all of Hawaii's seats in the Senate and the House." Just saying. Maybe it's time to try something different?

I believe it may be time to have dual pricing, if one wants to buy to sell and make profit the your starting price will be high but if your gol is to buy to live in the home with your wife as your home your price will be much lower, not fha style where you can live in it for one year then sell it for profit i mean you buy you keep done deal

Yet they try to give us advice that only worked in the 60s and 70s. Just working hard doesnt cut it anymore. Now you need to know somebody and work hard just to make it these days.

Just watched a vid where the CEO of Boeing earns over $30mill a year, which is a 45% increase on his pay from the year before. That equals 500 people earning $60,000pa (not figuring in tax). Insane.

Yup, I’m blessed ‘cause my parents had amazing foresight. Back in the 1970’s, they put a down payment on a duplex (a 3-bd/1 bth on top of a 2-bd/1-bth) and paid it off over 30 years…they also built a studio and connected it to the upstairs 3-bd/1-bth. They did this ‘cause they planned on having me and my bro (we were born in 1973 & 1977) and they said they didn’t want us struggling with mortgages. They died in 2015 & 2016, and thankfully my bro and I are living comfortably in Kaimukī in those homes that they bought for us…and it was particularly helpful when I was diagnosed with stomach cancer in Sept 2022 and had MAJOR surgery to have the cancerous tumour removed in Jan 2024…I didn’t work during those 2 years.

The difference is DEMAND. You can still own that home for little to nothing in nowhere, USA. Where demand and competition exists, prices are higher.
