This unboxing was amazing! It's the best I've seen. I'm just getting into AoS with 4e coming next week. The Lumineth Realm Lords models are incredible, and I'm considering getting one of these boxes since I saw a few sellers that had one. I was surprised to see the dice aren't mini 12mm size since you're right about them appearing that way online. After seeing all the great stuff in this box, I'm definitely going to get one. Even though the rules are out of date, the art, lore, and painting guides in that battletome are still really awesome. Thanks for giving each item so much attention before moving on to the next thing.

I dont know if im going crazy, but I think you are shoting with the hammerhead and only counting the mortal wounds, I didnt see you take the damage roll some times

You lean away from the mic sometimes and the volume gets real distant

great batrep! though for future reference big krumpas replaced the goff keyword so they don’t get exploding 6s, and killa kans are grots so they don’t gain the goff ability either, and since they aren’t core, they can’t reroll from ghaz, but still tons of fun

Great battle report, really fun to watch. That crisis loadout is expensive, but boy did it put in the work. I've been dithering between plasma, CIB and either burst or missile but seeing the damage output of the dual cib that's scary. Think a little more terrain in the centre of the board would have been nice. Although it didn't affect this battle too much as both armies were mainly shooting. Only rules mistake I spotted was that the riptide's only have 2 not 3 shots on their twin plasma rifles and counterforce defense system does something different, it only affects a single hit and reduces that shot to damage 1 however I don't think you used it at all in the end.

I just started collecting dark angles so far I only have greenwing but seeing that list makes me exited to get some ravenwing of my own painted up

That Ravenwing list is SO mean. Aaron always has my number with that list. The deployment also was pretty good for both armies as Ravenwing had enough room to spread out and the Tau could get good firing lanes!

Like the content, always up for more content but damn is that terrain frustrating. No one is really suppose to lose that much turn 0 because they couldn't hide enough. Friends dont let friends lose half their army turn 0. I get the arguement that perhaps you shouldnt be able to hide 100% of your army but damn does turn 0 losing like 500 to 700 points without the opponent even getting a respectable angle on them suck. You guys know your stuff so I know you're aware of a legal ITC layout or the gw US open layouts. Windows? From way behind the building? The building wasnt obscuring from way behind it? You guy's are playing 9th edition right?

That was awesome, bloody, and you guys know your stuff and run pretty quick. Bring the Guard again! Oh and finally didn't hear anyone say "Lowly Guardsman" so you guys get a mega check in my book.

Solid and deep indeed, but when facing a non S tier list they are boinkers broken. The meta is quite balanced besides just these 2 armies. I have 3 armies and Im clueless when facing Guard or any flavor DA. And that is against opponents that Im usually almost even with when they are playing other armies, even Iron Hands is a game.

inner cyrcle should be changed from transhumon to -1 to wound …. its too broken

Something for the Necrons……..you can reanimate for mortal wounds caused by a melee or shooting attack.
