you haven't flown large ships in SC then.. they roll much slower then small ships and there's even over roll because of the momentum

if you actually played SC you would know that its already 90% built, its in the final stages of development and the story version Squadron 42 is finished and about half way through polishing phase. i usually wouldnt bet when its coming out but i would actually bet money we get both SC and SQ42 within the next 2 years or before the end of 2026 based on where the game development is currently. they have all the big things they promised working now, replication layer, server meshing, the new render system. SC is so far ahead of its time there isnt any other game catching up to it anytime soon, like a decade or more ahead. their funding model is far better then the corporate one which allows them to bring in more money and not have to answer to investors or share holders. they answer to us. CIG is actually the first gaming company i have ever seen actually admit faults and appologise to me. so i give them a chance usually to prove their worth and so far i havnt been let down. they could stop development, optimize what they currently have and the game would be great as is. the corporate model is killing AAA gaming as we know it.

that's why SC has Squadron 42.. its the story/campaign mode of SC. star field can just be forgotten at this point its not even a space sim.. the planets arnt even real. it was just a waste of money.

@@CitizenWeez lol did you read the rest of my comment? The elite, X4, and no man's sky elements.... I'm sure star citizen will get a story mode, but I doubt it will be Bethesda level, and then there is the planet variety of no man's sky, and the space sim faction politics of x4 foundations and elite dangerous. The point of my comment was mixing the best elements of all of the 4 top space sims and adding in the deep Bethesda level story telling/lore and city/outpost aliveness. No man's sky just did a planetary overhaul with new water physics and weather effects where wind can cause choppiness and waves, including massive ocean waves X4 foundations already has npc crews and allows players to gain in-game financial power and grow fleets of NPC controlled industry and war buildings and ships... You say SC will have all of that? Maybe, but no time soon. I wasn't comparing the games tho. If I was, elite dangerous is the one that could end up doing most of what star citizen does and infinitely more. As of right now, all star citizen has over elite is ship interiors and logistics of getting in and out of ships and graphics. But the lower graphics only helps elite because less powerful computers can run it. I'm running it on my laptop... And Star Citizen is just now adding it's second planetary system while elite has a full milky way galaxy with billions of planetary systems... Just saying

yeah plus stations inn SC have 4 out door pads you dont even need to call to land on, you can land any way you like even without landing gear. there is far more freedom in the mechanics in SC its what makes it better then ED as whole

whats your cpu and how much ram do you have? I run SC on a i7 32gb RAM 1660 gpu and it runs around 50 fps. SC isnt optimized so you have to do your own optimizations in and out of the game i know someone who has i7 64gb RAM and a 3080 gpu and they get around 90fps so its a you problem. SC is in alpha so its not a "just download and play" kinda game yet. when you are competent it is a godly game, if you know what you are doing the game works just fine in its current state.

its not really the same sort of game..

first of all you're either over exaggerating to the extreme or you're just lying. 1, it hasn't been 13 years. 2, they haven't made a billion but some how you think they spent a billion.. even if they had made a billion taxes alone would be like 150million+ spending money on legal, building buildings, hosting events all that has nothing to do with how much is spent on actual development so all in all it sounds like you have no idea what you are talking about cause nothing you said was accurate. you either got your opinions from rumors or you haven't played SC in a long time. or you have only experienced free fly servers which have never worked and never will. i play at low pop times cause the game works perfectly but the servers are bad, the last few times i have played i haven't gotten a single bug in like 3 4hour play sessions.. and i play on a min spec pc, and 3, both games are open world space games, people compare them all the time im hardly the first person to do it. there probably isnt a better comparison for each game. all other space games are full of loading screens, the planets arnt real or they arnt open world.

@@CitizenWeez as of may it was well over 700m thats heading towards a billion. thats double the money of the most expensive game ever. Pre-production of Star Citizen began in 2010 with production starting in 2011 thats 13 years.. dude... you won't win this debate... what do they have to show for it? not even half way done. every promise made broken... not a single milestone/goal reached. i love the game... but don't kid yourself this is anything but a scam... they are using this to sell server meshing tech ... not make a game

@@CitizenWeez no man sky and elite dangerous both have bigger worlds no load screens. star citizen has not a single new idea besides its attempt for server meshing

the video is at 30fps.. so you have 0 idea how many frames you're looking at. and it was my pc not the game, both games were on a HDD. when you put SC on a SSD it fixes it.

thank you for the feed back i have looking into it and i believe i have fixed that for the next stream.

the game works just fine but the servers dont so just play on low pop servers, avoid freefly servers they never have and never will work. i just played yesterday for 4 hours straight with 0 bugs at all. and this actually happens very often for me, and i stream on rumble all the time so theres proof of it and obviously its not optimized they are still making it. you wouldnt hang a picture on the wall if it hadnt been painted yet.

niether was over 30fps cause the screen i was on at the time was capped at 30hz and the lowest the SC clip got was 12fps and that was with the game on a min spec pc on a HDD on high setting lol so yeah nice try but you failed
