The Lawrence Kansas police are. Corrupt and crooked and will arrest anyone just off of word of mouth and they never enforced my pfa the person I had the pfa on came to my residence three different times and they NEVER did anything for me just made up an excuse on why they don’t want to do their job and then my truck gets burned down an they arrest the WRONG person it makes me feel helpless and hopeless and upsets me just some of the run ins I had with these rude and ignorant and really lazy cops of Lawrence ks . It very sad. I wish I could train them. You need more one on one hand to hand combat training. You need officers practicing shootouts from vehicle stops , domestics and robbery calls. You need blank guns to make it realistic.

What each patrol until Needs is a bulletproof shield in their patrol vehicles. They are good for robbery, domestic and school shooting. A subject armed with a shotgun would have hit these officers because they are clustered together.
