A family-friendly building in downtown Toronto is necessary, but is it close to the park? The lack of green space tends to make people go crazy (it is a very well-documented phenomenon)

Cool looking building, but in a very densely and poorly planned area. No grocery stores, very little infrastructure investments, sewage systems are not equipped to handled the influx of high-use residential skyscrapers being built. The development company behind this has very little info about - their website is empty. Very high risk with this project.

i gotta respectfully disagree with some of your claims - there's a grocery store at King/Spadina literally 150 ft away. Plus 3 other larger grocery stores within a 10 min walk. Infrastructure wise, the new Ontario line subway station at Spadina/Queen is a 4 min walk away. i don't think this project any riskier than anything else...
