in my processed aacomas application there is no organization name for each of the letters i sent through interfolio. how will schools be able to distinguish a science letter vs a physician letter sent to aacomas through interfolio?

@Pritish Sahoo So the letters are sent from interfolio to AACOMAS without the need of the letter authors further action correct? So the only thing that the professor who wrote the letter needs to do is upload it to interfolio and then Interfolio will send it to AACOMAS?

I don't know your details, so I can't give you specific advice. I would say in general, make sure your MCAT score and GPA are competitive. Besides that, make sure you have a solid personal statement - have it looked by several people to get their input. Make sure you have enough clinical hours (volunteering, shadowing, working, etc) to prove that you have done your legwork and know for sure you want to do medicine.

yes you can. i asked my professor for bio. she said it won't be the strongest letter since she barely knows me since its an online course, but i still got into med school so i guess it was good enough lol

I followed this exact procedure for the AMCAS application a few weeks ago when I submitted my application, but as of now AMCAS still says the letters were not received. Do you know if it is sufficient, or will I need to re-submit using the "Find an opportunity" button that you mentioned? Please and thank you for your help!

By chance were these the only classes you took? I want to take physics online at UNE, however, I’m just nervous about the structure of the class. I’m just wondering if you had also completed these prerequisites their by chance, or know of someone who did. I know this post is like 4 years old, I just don’t want to pay so much to basically have to learn everything myself.

I didn't take Physics at UNE. Idk how the curriculum is there now. But if I had to bet, there will probably be a lot of self learning involved. Best would be if you contact UNE and ask them directly.

What's your thoughts about O2 with lab...being that I took O chem I like 4 years ago. Lol I kinda recall some from org I but...didn't know I need to go back and retake I again. Thanks boss!

why do you have to retake it? It's been a while since I took it, but i rmbr the labs to be fairly easy. Orgo 1 at UNE was challenging. Orgo 2 wasn't too bad from what I can rmbr

When I took the courses, they send you the lab kit. You do the experiments and you have to take pictures/videos and sometimes lab reports, and submit all of them. It's been a couple years since I have taken these courses, so things may have changed, not sure.

@@whi1870 If you are a military veteran, you can possibly use your GI bill to pay for it. Your best bet would be to just call the school's financial aid office and ask. They would be able to answer your questions

I read reviews that stated that there are no pre-recorded lectures for the UNE Anatomy course. Is that true? I know you mentioned lecture videos, but there are others saying there are no full lecture videos and that they had to use youtube
