Oh my gosh thank you. My supervisor tried showing me but he talked too fast and turned the valves rapidly from on to off in the middle of saying when we want suction so I was just left so confused.

So how do u fix the values that r stuck. Mine r hard to move. I have the same set up as u showed in this video but mine r more flat I don't want to have them break off. I did put some silicone spray on them but it didn't really seem to help

You really need to find a way to do this either without copper, or using equal or greater amounts of zinc since zinc competes with copper, because copper can be highly toxic, and copper toxicity is extremely common. The problem is it's almost always overlooked by even alternative doctors since the symptoms are so common, and typical tests don't pick it up. Since copper deposits in your liver and brain first it really affects your mind and sleeping. Very common symptoms are racing mind when trying to sleep, and being overly emotional, skin issues from slow healing to dry skin. People think just because they have a normal or even low copper count in their blood, that means they are fine, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the copper in your tissues. The only way to determine if you have copper toxicity is by doing copper chelation test, usually using DMSA. They are not that expensive, but you have to do the test yourself than send it to the lab. There is actually a blood test that will show this indirectly, but testing three to four different things in your blood, but you have to know what to look for. Very often people's ability to metabolize copper properly is reduced greatly because of the amount of toxic copper in their livers and brains and compromises the Glutathione channels which is responsible for neutralizing metal toxicity, so more and more copper accumulates in your liver and brain making things worse and worse. Copper is everywhere and who doesn't have copper water pipes leading to and even in their home, so you drink that inorganic copper daily. The last think you need is to be swimming in it, and unless you are getting equal or more zinc with it to counter it.
