Napoleon Hill's Thought for the Day: Unlimited power may be available when two or more people coordinate their thoughts and actions in a spirit of perfect harmony to attain a definite purpose. A Master Mind alliance involves two or more people working together in perfect harmony toward the attainment of a common purpose. Such a partnership creates a superpower that enables each of its members to do far more than either would have been able to achieve separately. Choose your Master Mind partners carefully. Align yourself with people whose strengths complement yours. If you are a right brain person, for example, a logically-driven left brain person may be a perfect counterbalance to your creative bent. Above all, choose to associate only with people who share your positive values and your commitment to similar levels of achievement.

After The Choice So as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Colossians 1:10 When faced with making a choice between alternatives, it pays to put some time and effort into making the best choice. Then after the choice is made, it’s time to put your effort into making the most of that choice. Certainly it is important to put thought and care into the decisions you make. Be sure to also put just as much energy into the living and fulfillment of those choices. Making the best choice is a great start. Yet it is only a start. The value of any choice comes from following through on it. The actions you take to support and carry out the choices you have made are what give those choices real meaning in your life. The way your decision works out depends on what you do to make it work out. As important as the decision itself may have been, it is not nearly as important as what you do to bring it to life. You’ve made the choice. Now is your opportunity to make it real. Father in heaven, many of us have made choices that ended up not going anywhere. We don’t just want to make God honoring choices, we want to honor You by walking them out each day as well! Fill our bodies with strength and our hearts with determination to live it this and every day we pray. In Jesus name, AMEN! Making the choice is easy, implementing it is hard.

What’s Your Priority? And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15 Many times today life will ask you what’s important to you. And each time you will answer, not with words but with actions. In each moment of this day, life will ask about your priorities. And with the choices you make, the big one and the small ones, your answer will be clear. The real, driving purpose behind your life is expressed not by flowery words or lofty intentions. Rather, that purpose is most accurately expressed by what you actually do with your life. You can think and dream and speculate about what might and what might not hold real meaning for you. Yet the truth of who you are will be unmistakably shown by the choices of what you do. Look around at the life you’ve created for yourself, and you’ll clearly see your true priorities. If you wish to adjust those priorities, you can reliably do so by adjusting the actions that support them. By the way you choose to give your time, attention and effort, you are setting your priorities, and those priorities will greatly influence the way your life proceeds. Choose to set them as high as you can imagine. Father in heaven, help us to see what’s most important according to Your truth. As we bring each decision before You, guide us we pray with Your wisdom in how we spend our days. Help us to look at things like our calendars, our bank statements and see any areas our priorities have gotten out of sync and help us to change it. In Jesus name, AMEN! Life is about doing things that matter first, not last.

Set Your Standards Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2 Set your standards high. Go forward with the best of expectations, and those expectations will be reflected back to you in the world you experience. When you compromise your most deeply held values, there’s nothing you can gain that will be worth what you have given up. Keep your standards high, and you won’t be burdened with regrets. Choose the path that you know to be right, for yourself, for those around you, for your world, and even when the difficulties come you’ll find the strength to keep going. Hold yourself to the highest standards in every situation, with no resentment or self-pity for choosing to do so. For you are creating real value that cannot be taken away. Keep your standards high, and when you see an opportunity to do so, raise them even higher. What were once peaks will soon become valleys, and what was once unimaginable will become real. With the highest of standards, move confidently and lovingly through each day. Set a powerfully positive tone for your world, and it will be a beautiful place to live. Father in heaven, we ask for Your help to live with high standards. We don’t want to settle for mediocre or just good enough. We want to do our best for You. We don’t want to be conformed to what the worlds standards are but rise up to what Yours are! Help us to work hard and live with integrity we pray. In Jesus name, AMEN! The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.

Looking great so far! My only other question now is, if left in a saw for an extended period of time, will it begin to polymerize like some of the other bio bar oils? I have enough saws that its easy enough to let one sit on the shelf for several months.

Napoleon Hill's Thought for the Day: Those who create good fellowship among others will never be short of friends. If you have a friend who goes out of his way to help cement friendships between others, consider yourself fortunate indeed. In today’s frantic, mobile, throwaway society, such individuals are exceedingly rare. With the demands placed upon us by our careers, our families, and the hectic pace of daily life, most of us have little time for ourselves, and even less for our friends. Yet we know that friendship freely given and gratefully received is one of life’s greatest gifts.

Napoleon Hill's Thought for the Day: A good fisherman goes out of his way to bait his hook with what the fish prefer-which might not be a bad tip for those who wish to succeed in human relationships. Just as in a conversation it’s a good idea to listen more than you talk, it is also wise in relationships to think about the well-being of others more than you think about your own wishes and desires. When you constantly strive to treat others in the same way you would like them to treat you, you become a person whom others like to be around, one who commands their respect, confidence, and loyalty. When you learn to manage emotions and your ego, and when you learn to always consider the needs and desires of others, it is inevitable that you will “bait your hook” with kindness and consideration, and catch more friends than you can count.

A Strong Finish I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 When the challenges become more difficult, that’s your opportunity to become more determined. When the end of the race is near, the winner is the person who picks up the pace. It’s easy and common to start out strong. Real achievement comes to those who can also finish strong. The doubts and challenges along the way can either drain your enthusiasm and commitment, or they can prompt you to grow stronger. When you choose to grow stronger, not only do you reach the goal, you also become more confident and effective in the process. When you’ve gone this far, it pays to make the most of what you’ve already been through. Get maximum value from your efforts by finishing strong. When the endeavor is nearing completion is when you can add the most discernible and enduring value. Finish strong and make it something you can always look back upon with satisfaction. Your efforts so far have created a powerful momentum, so continue to make the most of it. Finish strong and you’ll be fully prepared for whatever is next. Father in heaven, we are all in various seasons in our lives, with one season closing and another beginning. No matter where we are, we ask for the strength to finish well! Whether it’s a big project, a new goal being met or a new life stage, help us to finish better than we began. Renew us and refocus our minds to fight the good fight and finish the race we are in. In Jesus name, AMEN! Stopping at third adds no more to the score than striking out. It doesn’t matter how well you start, it’s how you finish.

Persistence I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14 When you’re weary, it means you’ve been making a difference. Keep going and see it through. When each obstacle is more difficult than the one before, it means you’re making real progress. Persist, and make it all count for something great. The exhaustion you feel is preparing you for the sweet taste of accomplishment that is surely to come. Every effort you make serves to give that accomplishment more value and meaning. Sure, the way is difficult, and by moving through each difficulty you’re creating something that can never be taken away. Keep going, and enjoy the priceless reward of knowing you did it. As the path become steeper, it means you’re nearing the summit. Now is when it’s especially important to keep climbing. Your efforts have already brought you a long, long way. Persist, and enjoy the full rewards of your labor. Father in heaven, we ask You to keep us strong. Help us to persevere and finish the race. Even when things seem like they’re going well, help us to not grow complacent. When things are hard, empower us not to grow weary. Let us praise You in all circumstances, that we may keep our eyes fixed on You, and persist. In Jesus name, AMEN! Persistence is not a long race; it is many short races one after the other.

Awesome test and video. Question for you. I’ve used many kinds of bar oil. I’ve not seen any difference with any of the bar oils I’ve used whether hot or cold. I’ve even run the Stihl winter oil in summer. They all did great. Have you had any bar oils fail for you? If so, how? Conversely, 2 cycle oils make a huge difference. I’ll only use VP or amsoil.

Quote from Ne Life newsletter: Words of Encouragement Therefore encourage and comfort one another and build up one another, just as you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 Imagine how great it would be to have someone providing you with a constant supply of encouragement. When you get in the habit of encouraging yourself, that is exactly what you can have. All day long, you are thinking and saying things to yourself. You have the power to choose precisely what those thoughts and those words will be. Choose to make them positive, uplifting, and encouraging. Make good use of the thousands of opportunities you get each day to provide yourself with support and direction. When you catch yourself mentally beating up on yourself, decide to stop such destructive behavior right then and there. Instead, give yourself a few words of real, sincere encouragement and notice how much more energized and effective you immediately feel. In addition, get in the habit of offering encouragement to others whenever you get the chance. That will make you more likely to send even more encouragement in your own direction. During each waking moment, you are constantly thinking or talking to yourself or others. Choose to use all that dialogue to move yourself and your world in a positive direction. Father in heaven, today we are reminded we are to be encouragers! Help us to use our words and thoughts to be an encouragement to others and to ourselves. Help us to encourage ourselves in You and lead us to others who are in need of that same encouraging we pray. In Jesus name, AMEN! Encouragement really does make all the difference.
