Rather, maybe you should do a 45 degree tilt test. The wheels can become weak, but they can also tighten on the rail as a result of the burning activity.

I love how I just googled "how to clean a small air pump" and the first result is literally the pump I'm currently trying to clean now. A1 man thanks, this thing wasn't cheap and the set screws were hidden under stickers so I had just assumed it was epoxied into place. Took it apart and of course the intakes into the lobes were full of black char. 10/10 Saved me some money on a new pump, cheers bud!

@@RmcReloaded-tehnicaldriver I try but the mesh screen still lets stuff in, my next step is to get some 3mm tubing to attach to the plastic air inlet > drill a hole in the housing for the tubing > then laser cut a fuel filter style cotton air intake that I can replace every couple months

R30 is used for plastic and metals, not for cutting wood. The height in front of the material is much higher than with a regular diode laser head. it would not help you in any way. It is not intended to be attached from the start. You can use a side fan to remove the smoke faster

Rube goldberg strikes again, That tube is to small to move very much air, Might try the unit made by Atomstack and leave the mounting screws alone, Over time i can see the module coming loose.

This filtration looks Like parody. Also low profile weak fan on top with hole diameter approx 40mm is nonsense. Did you made some mofificstions to make it work? Thanks

On the Facebook group I explained that I made a mistake in positioning the material and the smoke exhaust system did not have its effect. That's why the laser got dirty. But the lens was not affected at all.

@@MASSCUBE -There is a small problem. I think the filter motor is too weak. I don't think it can cope with strong smoke. That's why I said that I used it for medium projects.

Se puede hacer compatible con Xtool. Tiene dos cables. Uno de ellos funcionará.
