I think most people are overly excited to respond and jump in when it is not their turn. I am guilty of this.

I've learnt how to let people just talk and get their thoughts out. But I'm here to learn how to deal with those who won't shut up.

Which way would you be looking when using the 1 thought method. (1person,1 thought) Presume you would be looking in a random order?
@alexanderlyon2 күн бұрын
Yes, random order. Make eye contact with people in different parts of the room.

Like the video a lot, but Mother Theresa has stated her only goal was to get more people to join the church and not actuallyl heal them. There are dozens and dozens of accounts of her "hospitals" being in terrible conditions and the patients being treated poorly. She would intentally bring people who were suffering to their lowest so they would find God. I don't think you need to remove it from the video because most people have no idea about how much of a monster she actually was but I would refrain from using her in the future. Up to you tho

I didn't understand much of what the guest said, and neither of his examples helped either. That you had to summarize his message signifies that your guest's ideas weren't clear. Language continues to be a barrier to communication, but I hope you can do a follow-up video to explain his message.

This video was just an introduction to the subject as the title of the video shows. We didn't communicate we'd be doing a review of research studies or looking at specific data. If you're interested in learning more about corporate foresight studies, it's an interesting and helpful area of emerging research. I suggest googling "corporate foresight research" and looking at the various studies that come up. You can include Alex Fergnani's name in the search and look at his research articles specifically.

I like most of videos. He does an excellent job with presentation. His guest does. A lot of talk about foresight. Not explaining it, at all, very well. Random thoughts. Randomly presented. An excellent video in how not to explain something. The host does a good job fixing his guest’s random presentation. Kind of a waste on how to do a presentation. Yet a good example on how not to do a presentation.

😅 I was trying hardly to catch what she is saying. I noticed something with her. She is not concise and so long winded. And she is not pausing in between the sentences.

Delivering memorized speech only sounds wooden if you're bad at it. I thought the joke in that "Despicable Me" scene was how Gru's daughter hadn't been taught to recite poetry correctly.
