Dentists need to work out quicker ways for people to brush their teeth efficiently. A lot of people don’t have the time for this length of brushing, morning and night.

Three minutes max is all it takes. And don't forget to scrape your tongue & floss before brushing. All the best!

Woah. I thought plaque starts forming only after eating , so i brushed only once per day, before bedtime. But now, I do brush twice a day. Plus back off the pressure on teehth and gums, don't press hard, and brush with correct technique. All life learning 👍

Bristles are so soft they do not remove any plak or tartar anymore. On the electric toothbrush what are those huge holes in the cleaning head for?

Good tutorial but i notice that most videos don't show the need to brush on the gum itself but just on the pocket, is this correct?

thank you for explaining how to floss! I had been learning how to floss thru trial and error, but noticed that anytime I finished flossing, I had nearly pulled an all-nighter doing so.

i always use a super long floss so that i dont use the same section on a different tooth, is it really that hygienic to just wipe it off and carry on fossing using the same section?

Does this mean when using an Oral B brush. A user should move the brush just like a dental professional would polish teeth.

This video is so good because it depicts a real person, with a real mouth. Usually dentists will demonstrate with a model, as if our hands could go all way into our mouths. Very useful!

Very informative and educational! I have one tooth that is a flipper in my upper teeth. I plan probably to buy the Oral B 1000. Should I keep the flipper in or out when using this new electric toothbrush? Thank You Very Much for this and your other videos! Would Love to have you for my Dental Hygienist! Stay Safe! 😁👍😊

Flossing with your fingers is a thing of the past. You need a floss holder, there are lot of alternatives to holding the flossing and one of them is the Easy Flosser.

I like your video ma'am. If possible, can you please clarify the following doubts regarding rinsing the mouth. 1) Can I use water for rinsing the mouth immediately using the mouth wash ? 2) Can I eat immediately after rinsing the mouth with mouth wash?

2 key things I learned from this and very appreciative of it was 1) the tartar behind my bottom front teeth is normal, I'm not a freak and 2) the reason we brush when we wake up even though we haven't eaten anything is we have less saliva in the mouth to combat plaque build up.
