Thank you so much for making these and keeping them on KZfaq!! I often come back to them when I’m feeling unmotivated or things aren’t working (there’s not a lot of time to think during the videos which can be very helpful 😅). Thank you!

What line numbers on Schedule C Part II do you list musical instrument purchases, musical accessories, etc. and how do you expense the entire cost of these items in year of purchase?

Your warm up and awareness has really helped my sound and range. It made me realise I played too tense particularly in the throat and embouchure. There is a little contention re left right side of brain. But that doesn't really matter. The mathematical and creative aspects are all there all the same.

He explained it on another video that this embouchure was created when he was a kid and that teachers tried to change it but none of them could and they told him that “if it works, it works” but he did tell the audience not to try to imitate his embouchure.

Yes, it's bizarre that this great musician has such an unorthodox ("incorrect") technique no one should emulate!

@@ronrobbins2737who are we to judge anything? There are no boundaries and no rules when it's about beauty...❤ But for sure, it seems to be easier to play more centered and that's the usual way to play... But I know some highly talented and qualified flute players playing "off center" with a wonderfull tone and an amazing technic and control ❤

@@johannevanderghote7577 Point well taken! But notice I used the word "unorthodox" first, then in parentheses and quotes implied that folks might call his technique incorrect. If a renowned pianist (who for instance naturally plays using incorrect fingerings or hand position) gives lessons and advice to a worldwide audience, they would be expected to give a huge disclaimer. There's a big difference when an artist is performing compared to when they're in a teaching role, don't you think?

Hello, I hope all is well with you! I have a question for you, do you know how to solve the tension/blockage in the initial attacks, something that is to attack the notes naturally, I think it is a little talked about subject and that many horn players have. This type of problem increases stress and performance on stage. compliments!!
