Great video! I found it while planning the upcoming year for my rising 8th grader. I wonder, though, why you don't recommend giving credit for a high school English class taken in 8th grade. Two of my older kids took courses described as high school English in 8th grade and I gave them credit for those on their transcripts. Both were online courses intended for high school students. I didn't understand from your video why that might be inadvisable. Thanks!

I just found this ideo. I´m so glad you mention that it doesn´t make sense to vacuum one day and then mop the next even without kids or pets there will be debris on the floor. I also are very particular about cleaning my cleaning tools, like the mop, the brooms, dish cloths, washing machine and dishwasher.

You mentioned honors requirements in your state. Do you mind if i ask what state you are in and how to find these requirements? My state doesn't have requirements for honors work, but i would like to still follow a guideline.

I just looked at the WW plan and for the life of me I can't figure what I would be paying for. They don't explain before you actually pay for what ever it is. I have to have a program that I can use on my computer since I don't have cell service and it looks like both plans use an app for phone or android.

No we are required to keep ferry records every year in SC. The transcript is just for high school level classes though.

We homeschooled year round for the first 7-8 years. Then went to traditional per the request of our oldest son for several years. He just graduated, so we have returned to year round. It does feel a bit strange at times, but overall I really do love and prefer this way!! We started our new school year the first week of May. Kind of odd, but it works well for us. We will have a couple of weeks off in June and a couple of weeks off in July as needed and desired. We love this! ❤

It’s been several years so I don’t remember. I know I have a video somewhere addressing it though. I also have them linked in my Amazon storefront snd I wouldn’t include a teacher’s edition if not needed. I believe one does have one and one doesn’t.

I am so thankful I found your videos, my daughter is entering 9th next year and all the information you shared is helping me tremendously ❤. I do have a question. I live in SC too. You mentioned your daughter had over 150 hours in ballet, did that fulfill her PE credit? My daughter plays competitive regional soccer and has those same hours invested. I was hoping her soccer would fulfill PE but wasn’t sure. Do you happen to know by chance or can you point me in the right direction to find out? Thank you again! 💕

Yes-for PE in SC you just count hours to 150 and you can do it over more than 1 year if necessary.

Hi Colleen..This is Linda.. I wanted to thank you for your prayers. I was released from the skilled nursing facility yesterday and was able to come back home after being there for two months after my fall and surgeries. God used this accident for His good. He place people in my life that have become my friends. People that I have been able to share Jesus with. I am so grateful for each prayer and all the help I received. Please continue to pray for me as I have a lot of PT and OT ahead of me I love being home and able to catch up with your videos. It’s awesome that Katie is 20!!! That is a big milestone!!! We’ve had French toast often while we are in the Caribbean!!! It’s awesome that Sophie has her days in for school!!!! I’ve not planned on when we take off school!!! It’s awesome that she is progressing with school!!! We love to include Bible with our other subjects and as devotionals or bible plans!!! With travelling we don’t buy extra food so we don’t have the issues of storage!!! I’ve not made butter with a blender!!! We have bought it recently as it’s easier when travelling!!!
