I had the same problem with mine, the only option was to pull full force and it came loose. After inserting it again came stuck. Once again pulling it out was hard. Then I sprayed vaselinspray in the contactslot and things went smooth afterwards. I hope to help others with simular problems.

3:26 You can adjust whether or not it spits out coins all the time or goes to credits by default. I actually have mine set to default to credits because I don't have enough quarters in the machine to pay out if I hit a big payout, as I've only got about $20 worth of quarters in the machine at any given time. Those settings and more can be changed by using a special chip that can be installed in the machine. There are several videos on KZfaq documenting how to do this. The chip itself is not very expensive online.

Can you transport an IGT S machine lying on its back in an SUV? I have to move it 30 miles. How many modules/parts could I easily remove from it to lighten it up for lifting? What makes them so heavy, just the cabinets?

For the IGT S+ and S2000, I'd recommend getting the "as is" machines. Chances are its a $4 battery and possibly a $12 clear chip. Save yourself over $1000. And earn knowledge of how to repair which will inevitably come to pass. newlifegames will be your best friend

I hope you've figured this out by now. I have a different machine but had same problem. My machine is a 1987 IGT. It may have a similar hopper layout to the one you have. A lot of effort with lights, cosmetic mirrors, etc. Revealed my problem. You may have a similar issue. I noticed that as I pulled out on the hopper, I could see wires moving slightly behind it. That should not happen, of course. This electrical plug connection is completely concealed when you're trying to pull out the hopper and it was a long process to determine what was going on. The hopper would move out about 1/4 inch and stop. My connector has six hefty spades and it was enough resistance to stop the movement of the hopper. I tried to force it with moderate pressure at first and had no luck. I decided not to force it, which was probaly a good thing. Using lights, small mirrors and an endoscope, I eventually saw that half of the face place was loose, binding the spades and preventing movement. With screwdrivers, a mirror and an extra set of hands, I was able to get screwdrivers (top and bottom) into the connection. Once I straightened out the spades, I was able to wiggle the connection loose and the hopper slid right out like it should. I surmise that driving my slot machine across country created enough vibration that it lost a screw in the face plate of the mating surfaces between the mudular plug, that links the electronics to the hopper. I thought maybe someone else would run into the same issue I had.

Which setting enables pressing the top left button to add credits? My machines have all been setup to only take bills, but I need to reload a game and would like to be able to just hit the button to add money. Also, what is that thing that looks like a keyless entry remote?

After Ramclear i get to setup and it only has 2 options. Sound and touchscreen. I cannot get any further

what u didnt mention is the ability to swap monitors with the BB2 cabs.. u can also get those transmissive monitors and the 3 or 5 reel setup.. there is also an Alice version with the 5 mech reels.. anyways with the transmissive reel options, u can expand your gaming collection even further with the BB2 .. personally i love the Willy Wonka 3reel and Willy Wonka video version a lot.. and what about the BB2 xD version? isnt that basically the same but then in an 'slant' cab?

Thanks for sharing. How difficult is it to swap out games on this machine? From what I've read so far, some games require dongles, and some don't? Also, can you swap out the control panel between standard buttons and the OLED buttons? Would love to own Star Trek, but then there are some games that only work with OLED buttons too, right?

Although I’ve not changed out any of my BB2 games yet, I’m completely convinced that this is the most straight forward video on how to accomplish this task. I paused the video several times throughout the tutorial so I could type out each and every step in my document. It’s a 95 step process!
