brother, stop spreading misinformation, it's possible to train both heads separately, you need to use an incline bench at 45° and curl with dumbbells slightly outwards it will stimulate your long head.

@@halimuh110 it is only possible when biceps brachii's both heads are inserting at different tendon then you can train them seperately but unfortunately they are meeting at same point, I studied alot before creating this video, these is lots of researchers available on Google which is proving that we are not able to train our biceps brachii heads seperately.
