Well it's not mine anymore. So the new owner is restoring it. But the van has potential. I had people up California who wanted to buy it.

Fun fact: If it's a 1996-1998 Taurus, you can which engine it has by looking at the speedometer. Vulcan=110mph, Duratec=120mph, SHO=150mph.

I owned a 1990 Pacific Coast I bought new back in 1992. The round gauges on the dash don’t come with the bike. Your previous owner added them. The Honda logo on the truck he also added. The hydraulic lift is design to raise the trunk on its own. Yours may be worn or possibly need adjustment. It’s one of the best all around and reliable bikes I’ve ever owned. I did everything from touring cross state to grocery shopping with it. I live in NY and tourists would take pictures next to it. Seriously. What some owners didn’t know…is that the truck is not only water tight….but each side has a drain plug. So you can pack cold cuts, sandwich’s and soft drinks on ice and head up to the mountains for a picnic. Then drain the water thru the plugs when done. As for passengers….i carried everyone from my girlfriend to a 300lb friend with no problem. Lots of torque. The gas tank located under the seat gives it a nice low center of gravity for cornering compared to my current FJR1300 which the weight is up high. Lots of great memories I have of my PC800.

Make sure to use only the 3M black adhesive to put them on. Don’t use the yellow, it doesn’t work LOL. The aftermarket seals tend to be a little bit harder than the originals but eventually will settle in with time. It looks like you went with pre-1981 style decals as 1981 decals, at least the second design that is, were two color style.

Always makes me wonder how a place like this can make money and stay in business ?? Love watching the walk threw looking at old cars, but NONE look like they can be salvaged. Not many parts either left. Organize it, junk the junk, line up any 50's cars, ect .... lots of waste of space.

I do this for a living. I would not touch it without a bank account with 100k in it. At that point iwould buy a mint one for $40k and have 60 left over. I tried saving my 77 400 4spd t/a back in 1995. I wound up buying a mint 79 t-top Formula for $800 and swapping everything over. Best decision i made !

Yeah. I think I can get it together to make a runner for like a cruise in car or something. I have plenty of extra parts laying around. Plus a junk yard I know of that have plenty of stuff. I can do %80 of the work myself.
