With question 3, aren’t both of the answers the responsibility of the product owner and not the Project Manager?

Thank you very much, Varun, for the Prep Exam. I scored 50.5% on my first attempt. I'm not sure if that's a good sign! If you could provide me with feedback, I would appreciate it. The video is well presented and organized, but I noticed an issue with answer selection at 88 and 136. Instead of highlighting the correct answer, it highlights the wrong one. Thank you once again for your time and support.

Scenario 1. As risk can only be analyzed after it has been realized, therefore it is Dormancy. Scenario 2. Risk is connected to many modules, therefore it is Connectivity and also it has high connectivity. Scenario 3. The project manager has 30 days to plan its risk response before the risk starts impacting the project objectives, therefore, this is Proximity. Scenario 4. As the risk response has been identified and must be implemented within the next 20 days, therefore, this is Urgency. Thank you, Gautham, your explanations are well-detailed and easy to understand.

FishBowl Window : Definition of Fishbowl Window. A long-lived video conferencing link between the various locations in which the team is dispersed. People start the link at the beginning of a workday, and close it at the end. In this way, people can see and engage spontaneously with each other, reducing the collaboration lag.

Hi Gautham, Thanks for the wonderful explanation, and I have understood the concept well in about 15 minutes. Qn (1,2 &4) refer to Work Performance Data since they are talking about Data Collection, collecting Plans and Actuals Qn (3&5) refer to Work Performance Information as they are comparing Plan vs Actual progress. Qn (6&7) refer to Work Performance Report as they are electronic representation of Work Performance Information Thank You once again With Regards Riyad

For Question 17. i think option A is equally good due to the fact that as Agile team, part of there xteristics is sustainable speed and the frequentr test by the customer can get the customer satisfied and speed up approvals. my thought.

Correct Answer B : Easy one. B is talking more about collaborative approach and in agile it is the most desirable along with building customer trust and satisfaction. Varun

Hi Gautham Nice content. I have a query with question 3. Isn't it the job of facilitator to be a time keeper as well. There is a reason meeting in Agile should be timeboxed. IN that regards facilitator has the right to limit questions, so that everyone gets a chance to contribute within limited time.

I passed the PMP exam on my first try, but barely. I think the biggest challenge is there are so many resources out there and it hard to figure out which resources to buy to use a study. That was my biggest challenge when studying the test.

Question 7 Hope the answer b and d To motivate the team
@EduHubSpot4 күн бұрын
Question 7 : There is a problem and you do spike to find out that problem. So A is a good choice. Option B is not a good choice because the question is on productivity and motivation. Option C is a good choice because Agile Team should be cross functional and generalized experts/ team member can help when we have requirements facing with different competencies. Option D is not a good choice because the problem is not about creativity. Option E is not even an option. We don’t do that. Time is fixed in Agile. Correct Ans : A & C Varun

Thank you Gautam for making it so simple and easy. So for me: Number of defects found = WPD as it will be just actual data of defects Finish dates of activities = Again WPD, where later we can use this information for comparison. Deliverable status. = WPI as it gives project status Number of change request completed. = WPD Implementation status of change request.= WPI as we can compare Status reports representing implementation status of change request. WPR = Presentation of status report Electronic dashboard representing deliverable status. WPR = Electronic representation

Nice , however if you look at the statement to Question 3. you can deduce the answer without flipping from the fact that they cannot begin (Start) if the PM does not complete (Finish) the requirements. Since the PM needs to Finish before they can start. then Finish Start should come to mind.

A project manager has been made aware of a recent weather event that could potentially impact the project. Forecasters are unable to predict the path or strength of the event. Any delays would extend the project's finish date and cause cost overruns. What should the project manager do first? A.Notify the stakeholders and revise the budget. B.Take preventive action based on new information. C.Check the risk register for more risk information. D.Record information about the event in the issue log.

Question # 2: "After your final iteration, your product will be completely functional": This made me to consider B as a right answer as in predictive and iterative products are delivered as one complete package and as one product unlike incremental and agile where products are delivered in phases

Q3 why didn't update risk register? as its the first step then go for change process right ?, then plan update . isn't it ?. I think its a risk. also mention it may affect so future its could leads to problem

Hi, well done amd happy for u, in which knowledge area u got most questions, agile? Im currently preparing for pmp exam and planning yo give it next month.
@deepakjethani23428 күн бұрын
Hi, yes mostly there are agile questions. Try to do all the eduhubspot mock exams multiple times. Also you can buy PMI mock exam. PMI mock exam will be immensely helpful. Do that in last 3-4 days. If you answer the questions incorrectly watch Varun or gautham’s explanation to the question. Last 15 days just concentrate on mock exams.
