One thing Russia have to do . Build AESA Radar and fit it in all its aircraft. Second they have to paint stealth coating paint on all aircraft and third their pilots should train with Indian pilots coz Russia have hi-tech advanced fighter jets and bombers but their pilots are not well trained like Indian pilots.

Exactly. It's annoying how derelict they've been focusing on AESA. Likewise ... SAR for true multirole fighters ... and if they (when they aren't at war) going to fly 150 hours a year for their pilots ... they just HAVE to invest in simulators FFS. But otherwise ... I'd say their pilots are probably the most experienced pilots in the world right now. No one else has engaged in such combat of heavily contested airspace but absolutely competent air defense of both the Patriot crap and S300xx , S350xx ... NO one.
