I didn’t know how good the Rubies Shorty was. The Jumpsuit, Collar, and mask all feel like Shorty. Personally I have the Fatso costume and mask and it’s pretty good. I can’t believe how accurate they made Shorty.

Wanted to say thank you for this tutorial! I came across it last year. This was the only one I needed, used the same makeup. Got complements everywhere I went and won a costume contest at one of the party's I went to! Rewatching now to do it again this year I liked it so much! Wish I could post pics here I would show you how it came out.
