When he creates that first "PLTHORA - problematic domains - 15D" segment, around minute 7, why doesn't he add a filter to the second condition - "Clicked Email - At Least Once - in the last - 15 - days"? He only adds the email domain filter to the first condition. It seems like you'd want to add it to both right? Otherwise this segment will include anyone, regardless of their email domain, that's clicked in the last 15 days. I'm confused.

I'm looking to set up an email flow in Klaviyo that is triggered by an appointment made in Calendly. Right after the appointment is made a confirmation needs to be send from Klaviyo and then an email must be send 1 day prior to the meeting and an email must be send 1 day after the meeting. Ayo Boyuan, quick question: Why 2.5x the product lifetime cycle? I understand that you rather wanna come in a little too late than too early because it's straight up ineffective if the customers still got like half of his product left but 2.5x seems to be a bit stretched, no? I'd assume that if he consumed it nearly the expected lifetime cycle date of let's say 2 months (60 days) and I hit him up after 5 months (150 days), chances are my customer forgot about that product already and has no demand anymore.
