Man that was a dusty workstation. On my Bmax I put in a SSD in the compartment on back. On that SSD I have two different versions of Linux and Windows 10. This is in addition to the Win 11 installed on the main drive. I press f11 on start up and pick which operating system I want it to load from the pop up boot menu. I've themed one of the Linux versions to look like a MacOS. My grand kids are convinced it's a Mac and hound me to put Garage band on it like they have on their iPads! Of course I can't as Garage band is a Mac only app. Btw in the Bmaxs bios settings there is a start up on power so to run it up I just throw the power switch on the wall - saves fiddling with the little power button on the Bmax.

Watching these videos, I often wondered why people didn't leave the trencher attached to there truck or tractor. It seems it would give it better stability.
@Mr.Handy-ish
@Mr.Handy-ish 18 күн бұрын
I'll leave it hooked up if it's light digging or I'm on terrain that the trencher can't handle, but the 4x4 pickup can. The suspension on the truck gets pushed around a lot by the trencher, and the transport tires aren't really able to support tough digging. That's why you'll usually see them in digging mode (stabilizer brackets on backhoe side). They provide much better support and cause less potential damage to the machine or its tow vehicle.

@bobreichel In the Army I trained on a SEE Truck. A goofy looking excavating truck that had a front end loader and a backhoe that deployed from the "bed". @dodgeme1986truck
@dodgeme1986truck 25 күн бұрын
@@Mr.Handy-ish neither am I... believe I gave 2ideas the other would be a trailer coupler you slide on the edge and maybe have a pin boss welded or bolted to the back of the bucket... The dolly trailer is just to handle the weight since the bucket has alot of mechanical leverage downforce... I have the harbor freight version with 3bucket teeth and a small chunk of 2inch 1/4wall fits over my bucket teeth and since I run 2inch couplers on all my road trailers I used a 2inch coupler for a 2inch tongue and 3pieces of 5/8 id 1inch od round tubing to create a pin mount for the back of the bucket just haven't gotten to the converter dolly... I also changed my tires since mine is used almost solely off road to some 22x11-10 4ply high load atv tires on 10x10 4on4 pattern rims since mine is used in blue clay (usually saturated wet) I had issues with the skinny trailer tires sinking to the towables frame these being over twice as wide really are helpful... Another mod for muddy conditions is to bolt some 4in x4in x2ft long wood blocks to the outrigger feet just in front of the dirt spikes this reduces sinking in mud and prevent dragging. If working from a paved surface 2chunks of railroad tie prevent the dirt spikes from contacting the pavement surface (either concrete or asphalt).

This rose(i must find his ID card in the garden) certainly had appeal over all the others. An English heritage bloom, so its colours are beautifully stunning creamy white with pinks kinda like raspberry ripple but more like rasbpberry swirl, looks the type of beauty that would applied to a bridal bouquet, the scent oh wow, absolutely gorgeous rose my senses had ever had the pleasure of, it smelt amazing in the nursery, brought it home and its scent filled the car, anyways we planted it and could smell it on the oher sie of the garden and whilst allowing to aclimatise, our awful gardeners were whipping it with the strimmer(live in a shared apartment complex) i was furious when i learnt that its healthy budding stem had been whipped again th second year so we moved it, this time to somewhere it shouldnt have ever have been damaged, well away from where the strimmer would be used but yes this year it had been assaulted yet again, so now i have had to position it closer to our building in the sunshine and where i can keep tabs on its health,.. iv cried over this rose too many times, the reason for planting was memorial but it was meant to thrive not be attacked, so the re-re-plant was only last week and now directly under my kitchen window, hopefully he enjoys his safe new home that he blooms, Strutts his stuff for summer and his scent fills the air,.
