This was my grandparents house. We were really sad to see it go but, the new owners did a beautiful job remodeling and keeping the historical integrity. There are some little things they left when remodeling that were my grandparents. I was in here last summer and it made my cry how beautiful it is. I knew this place had the potential to be amazing. It was a great house for our family. We had lots of parties and holidays over the years. This is the most beautiful house at Christmas. I'm happy that people are enjoying this gorgeous house. It used to be 6/7 bedrooms but that master suite is better than the 3 bedrooms it inhabits. My family was in this place for about 60 years. We loved it dearly. It's heartwarming to see the new owners put the same love into the remodel. Enjoy!

Beautiful home only thing I would wonder is why is the ⭕️ ceiling light red or violet- contractors should always keep everything neutral due to the buyers color scheme- same in the upper bathroom near the tub it’s too personal all the black and white splash some buyers will not buy simply for those small bearings- then the glass pane back door? Especially in a crime ridden area is kinda weird- you would think it would be much more secure like a peephole style door- but otherwise it’s breathtaking ❤

Great info... and I really like the idea of a set fee as a buyer. So how exactly does a buyer (especially a 1st time buyer with zero knowledge of how all this works) know that his agent isn't "steering" him into a particular home based on anything other then my (buyer) best interest? Also, how much should I expect an agent to "educate me" on various things... Had a situation the other day where it was suggested we needed to bid higher on a property, obviously we had a ton of questions as how that exactly works, we asked... The response was... "it's called an escalation clause" that's it. Ok, so that tells me nothing... so we had to spend the day learning on Google. Is that the "norm"? I just want to know how much to "expect" from our agent. We already feel like we are asking for a favor just to see a home or two during the week... completely at their disposal. Love your videos! My wife and I are watching everything you put out! Thanks!
