yes its a waswas on aqidah. which makes me sick!!!!! it drives me crazy i constantly question my certainty, i question if those thoughts will take me out of islam. its so bad i pray to Allah all the time and the thoughts wont stop. this started 1 1/2 months ago and started with one waswasa from shaytan which stayed til now im afraid they will turn into doubts 😢 it was so bad that i thought or think theyre now my thoughts. i watch videos to boost my iman but nonsense-arguments shoot in my head and i feel like i have to convince myself, also it feels like my mind or i am sabotaging myself to fall into disbelief :( i dont know what to do. i think the waswasa and OCD thought crumbled my certainty in the pillars of imaan. I am devastated

Any sources, Muslim Therapists Maristan recommends who have expertise in Anger & can help? I wish there were more effective proven ways to control anger. I’ve gone through years of therapy even in a group settings doing psychotherapy with teams of various experts (psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, other disciplines) Nothing helped. I wish this method mentioned by Maristan is used by Muslim Therapists. A Muslim therapist I used said that by talking in Therapy I will get rid of it, but after 2 years I had no results. I am 60, read Quran regularly. Anger is my biggest issue. I am very generous with my money, my time, very sincere, genuine, have no envy, always help ppl, but anger is my only huge problem. People always compliment me about my generosity, sincerity & kindness. I tell them to wait until they see me in an angry state & they say smtg else. This has made me miserable in my life and affected my relationship with the my closest ones: spouse, children.

Wish there was no Background music as it’s distracting, but at least it’s not as bad as those used by Yaqeen institute, even though I love them, but I sometimes have to stop watching them bc of the background music
