When you play this ship wisely and luck is on your side, you can get good results. But if the enemy ships have radar and a good team, you have no chance. I always tried to stay out of the radar range of the Staliningrat, otherwise they would have destroyed me.

My teammate asked me to make the destroyer visible, so I took the risk. I thought we could sink the enemy destroyer quickly. But the fire support was not what I thought and I lost a lot of hp. And most importantly, the enemy cruiser did not focus on me or I would have sunk quickly.

I'm not a good cruiser player. But this cruiser is perfect for me. Most cruisers stay behind islands and burn enemies. But the Napoli secondary batteries and good frontal armor allow me to take on even the batteship ones. And yes, you can be effective with this ship. Just like the destroyers.
