Air fresheners do not give people headaches hours after they are sprayed. People give themselves headaches when they find out an air freshener was sprayed. Evidence leads to clear conclusions. Research has been done, it has been peer reviewed, and repeated, and modified methodology and repeated again. People train themselves to get a headache when they smell something that "gives them headaches". Now having said that, there are chemicals that have been used in scent products that should not be. Those are problems, but not commonplace. Scents and air fresheners on the market today when following industrywide safety practices do not cause headaches.

I live in Northern Virginia and this was very accurate. The only thing for me is I mainly shop for groceries at Aldi and spend $600/mo (2 adults with big appetites and a toddler) eating out we spend between $200-$400/mo and I would say we eat out often on the more expensive side.

What's your definition of a better market? Real estate is hyper local and a million in Northern Va for a single family home is average.

@@livinginnorthernva I don't personally know or have any property in N VA but I have 9 properties in my portfolio from having to move often because of my field. When I'll be doing an extended stay in a new city my agent sets a range of around, up to, a 40 min commute from the office location. This strategy has worked well staying out of the rat race and we've had no problems renting them out once I move on. My primary residence is in the mid west and I'm aware we've been spoiled on expected $/sqft 😅 off topic, as far as investment properties, have you seen the Louisiana market lately? Crazy opportunity if not looking for quick returns 🤓 ✌️

That's exactly what I was curious about - if you had certain criteria you look for to invest in a market. Haha, I hear you, my Dad grew up in the mid west and I am blown away by what you can get there. I haven't but, you just made me want to reach out to a friend that's an agent there. Always love getting info about other markets!

RENT cost 1-.15k on average more to OWN a month vs renting ontop of repairs and everything... I owned 4 houses RENT people save till u leave VA to buy..
