I am concerned about our cables. I can see that one corner is slower to lift than the other three. Is there a video on how to adjust the cable tension? or might this be to a different problem? How do I find the correct height of the lift arms? 2008 Avalon

Thanks! Cutting the bow support pole as/per the video worked like a charm - and now our 2003 Taos is ready for another 20 years (unless we get another blast of a windstorm unexpectedly that broke the original)

I have a 1991 Coleman Roanoke it raises about 8 inches. I’m sure this has been answered but what do I do to fix this system? The one I have appears to have cables. It gets really hard to crank after about 8 inches of lift. Any help would be greatly appreciated on parts or how to fix. Thank you in advance for the reply!

Great video! Quick question , i was raising my popup the other day and about half way up it got very hard to crank. I stopped and checked underneath. Found one of the corner cables had skipped the pully and got stuck really bad. After 3 hours and lots of bad words i was able to fix it. Can you tell me what would cause this? And how to prevent it? Thanks so much.

We have a 2008 Fleetwood Avalon highlander. The ceiling, on the inside, is sort of bubbling or delaminating. It looks like the more decorative film is separating from the base. It does not look discolored/stained. The roof is not quite like any of the 3 above. There are no seams on top, but there are metal pieces that wrap around the upper side edges and corners. We don't have an air-conditioner nor a vent. There is nothing on the roof and I don't see any cracks. Should I suspect water is getting in under the metal covering the edges? Is there a video for this model?

This would be the luan. I would recommend sealing the roof with a caulk like dicor lap sealant.

Best of luck to who ever is trying to install this part without a video showing how to do it. Beyond frustrated. The worm shaft of the wiffle tree pulls the assembly too tight and the ratchet paw doesn't connect. Time to burn this tent trailer down.

My ‘99 StarCraft Starflyer uses little metal twist locks to tightly secure the screen door to the roof. I never realized other camper brands used straps & snaps to secure the door. Interesting choice.

How does this process compare with the system where you have the crank up higher with a chain drive for to the wiffle tree? Like on a 2002 Coleman Mesa
