You look so good in those pants. They fit you well. I look forward to see how you adjusted them to fit so well. I also want to compliment you for not letting those losers fat shame you into hiding. Not showing off your creations on your body. You’re a beautiful woman. Your smile and personality make you beautiful inside and out. My dad told me a long time ago, you can be the most beautiful woman in the world but if you’re a nasty hateful person inside, you’re ugly on the outside. Those people are just jealous of you. I admire you for being you.

Woo-hoo! Pants! And seriously... what is wrong with people thinking fat shaming is ok?!?! 😡 Why do people think that just because they are online communicating that it is OK to be blatantly rude?!? More power to you for not putting up with it. ❤

It baffles me too! They say things in the comments that they wouldn't dare say to your face. 😥

@@killerkitschvintagelizzie Stay strong and know you have my full support ❤️. You look amazing. With a previous job, I dealt with people online and their behavior was just atrocious. It's so sad that common decency and respect is so lacking.

@@killerkitschvintagelizzie oh really? I was actually wanting to “bother” you and ask if you could talk a bit about how long some projects take you to complete… knitting/sewing etc. 🙃 I feel like everyone completes projects so fast and I’ve barely had time to even start a project 😜 I haven’t done any knitting for a long time but I think I would enjoy having something I can work on “on the go” - thanks for the encouragement and inspiration

You are a beautiful woman. Who you are shines through. Don’t be self conscious. It’s all about the decorations not the shape. When you’re beautiful inside you decorate beautiful on the outside and then everyone only sees the true beautiful you. I love your outfits you make. You wear them so well and beautifully. Love your life, love your body, it’s unique. 😊

Thank you for this easy to follow and thorough tutorial 💐 I love boleros and yours looks so pretty. I love the fabric you chose. You’re really demonstrating how getting the hang of Haslam opens up a world of dressmaking possibilities! 💝💐

Thank you so much! I'm happy that the tutorials are easy to follow! I'm always worried about that! Once I did a few Haslam patterns and got the hang of it, it really opened up options for making so many different garments. You can also use the patterns you draft as a type of sloper, so you can make other creations. My brain is exploding with ideas! xxx

Lizzie, pretty much same goals here. But I read , and hear so much about sewing the same clothing over and over to get faster and improve skills? Also, there is a ball in Virginia City after the Civil War reenactment. Great video!
