I love and have visited the model home in this community. According to the site plan, there will be 22 basement lots available. Taylor Morrison is one of my favorite builders and I currently live in one of their properties. I'm kinda leaning towards an Essex floor plan which is the model and the drywall'd home you're walking thru.

Thanks for watching and asking this question! It's on a case-by-case basis, really. The few rental communities that I've looked into haven't had an effect because they're like one community in a sea of other new construction communities for sale. Prices have continued to increase overall, and those few rental communities have been kept up. Now, if conditions change with any of the above, then values could be affected.

Come join me in GA lol! Soooo... HOA's.... I know they get a lot of slack, but I also see value in them. Most communities in GA do have an HOA, but you can find or build a home outside of an HOA, depending on your budget. There are also some gem communities that don't have HOA's, but they are still kept up as if they do. My husband and I currently live in a rental community and we pay over $2300 in rent. Our goal is to purchase next year. The community that we live in is very nice. Lawn maintenance is a fee that we also pay with the rent so the everyone’s lawn is maintained weekly. I think that you get a different caliber of people when you are paying a certain amount.

Hi Nat. The rental subdivision is the main reason why we did not buy a home in Eleanora. This is also the reason we chose our builder and very small community. The builder did not at the time sell to investors and our HOA rules forbid renting and leasing. It matters a great deal to me. I’m so glad you covered this topic.
