Mam I had appear in ca final exam in nov 2023 and May 2024 but could not clear. Then given examption from set A and Set B before applying membership and apply for Nov 2024 exam without giving exam of Set A and Set B.

Hello dhruvika mam I cleared second grp CA FINAL in may 2023 Nov 2023 appeared group 1 but failed. May 2024 appeared for grp 1 but got negative. Now i am only pending with grp 1 and i dont have exemption in law. So can I appear ca final November exams before appearing SPOM exams..?

Yes before 15 oct set A & set B both... You can fill exam form provisionally

@@divyamishra1610 Ok. Actually in the notification, it's written that we have to clear before applying for membership. That's why there's a confusion that we need to clear Set A and Set B before Nov 24 exams or we can clear it before applying for membership ??

Hi mam. I have cleared intermediate both groups in aug 22. My 2.5 years of articleship will get over only in december 2024 that is after 10th october. I am eligible for may25. Should i need to write 4 spoms or only set a and set b.
