Surely you don't need to indicate to turn left in an 'only turn left' lane. Indicators are used to communicate with other drivers that you're turning. Who would need to know he's turning, who isn't already in the 'only turn left' lane? Obviously other drivers at different junctions wouldn't need to know, because their lights would be red while his is green...

I swear the more and more videos I see of people riding motorcycles the more and more I think it just ain’t worth it not only is it just unsafe due to so many reasons but it just seems like cops are just looking for any little thing to pull you over

when i got my first bike it was your same r6 10 years ago. i rode like an A hole everyday everywhere. 3 months in i broke my neck crashing commuting safely at the speed limit. that was the lesson i belive a higher power sent me to slow me down and enjoy it. i still ride like a d**k here and there. but i pick and choose when to open it up. not at 5:30pm rush hour zig zagging at tripple digits. its not sustainable. if i can break my neck riding slow. i coulda lost my head at 100. keep it up royal your a breath of fresh air. no ego.

In the states of WA and CA it IS legally required to use a turn signal in any turning lane. I know this fact from drivers ed and from traffic school. So just assume that this applies in all 50 states. Reflectors are also required on all road vehicles, including bicycles, but that's a minor infraction and usually just a "fix it ticket". Also if you look at the riders instrument panel you clearly see he did not have his turn signal on. That said, the cop was probably bored and just wanted to stretch out his legs, just be cool most moto cops are the nicest guys ever.
