You can definitely fab one up for cheaper. A buddy of mine Altered Life made his own. Came out really nice. More of a choice do you wanna spend the time to make your own or $. I will say the quality on the TMR stuff is really good though so if somebody did decide to spend the $ at least you’re getting something solid and from a quality company.

The main parts are LGRP comp chassis with the LGRP x-factor cage, LGRP Tremor steering servo, LGRP Super 8 axles, Furitek Cedar motor, Furitek Python Pro Esc, LGRP brass wheels with the new Injora super soft inserts and the new LGRP Black Label tires. The body is a chopped up Axial gladiator.

No fabric was used. Base material is styrofoam and cardboard and then plaster is used for everything on top of that.

Sorry not fully understanding your question. Are you asking if you can put an SCX24 skid plate and links on an AX24?

@@MadGreekOff-Road yes could you put the electronics from a ax and make it work on that chassis do you think that’s possible?

As far as electronics go you can use whatever you like. As for the chassis. You will need to provide the frame of a SCX24 JLU as well as a SCX24 skid of your choice. And you can use JLU links or order the links LGRP sells for this chassis. Stretched mine even further and I’m currently running rear JLU links up front and gladiator links in the rear.

It definitely is! I’m running a 0 offset wheel and my tires are 11.5” wide. They clearance very nicely luckily. What tires are you running out of curiosity?

These are only 11.5 wide. Guess that extra inch makes a difference.

Thanks brother! Appreciate it! I’m very happy myself with how it all turned out. Really impressed with the wrap so far. My early opinion is it’s a heck of a lot better than the cheap stuff I’ve used in the past. Should hold up to some nice abuse.

It looks worse than it really is because I left the clear layer of plastic on the aluminum when I was pressing it. Once that film was removed that halo ring you see goes away.

My Nittos are in the same load range E as the Firestone transforce tires that came with the truck. The Nittos have a maximum load of 3860LBS @ 80psi so really comparing apples to apples here just with a different brand.

The swamp kings are an awesome tire and I still run them but these new black labels are really awesome. Depending on the weight of your rig you might want to run them with a silicone insert like the flub’s or the new injora ones as these tires are very soft.
