Agree with all this, one thing i'd add, ask yourself why you are making music, if its to make money and be famous, then its wrong reasons.

I bought reason a while ago for the instruments and effects but never enjoyed the workflow (outside of the rack.) I might start using the rack plugin more! I was reluctant because I thought it would be too cpu/ram intensive or take too long to load, but it's not bad at all.

5 years later, and the updates about Apple's attitude towards computer based musicians is all bad.. definitely not the company Steve Jobs led.. and sales tanking.. no surprises there.

Reckon the Wallace vocal is what anchors his mix, and he's mixed around the vocal. I prefer the vocal tone in his mix. Compared to Butch's during the verse, Wallace nails the right vocal eq.

Somtimes you sacrifice professionalism to get fun I mean, Sometimes when you work focused in the most professional then the work ends the most boring

03/08/24 1pm ish (bit strange to put this but wow a ay😊😂) Hood afternoon, I’m wondering if you could help me out…. I’m starting a remix mess about of massive attacks teardrop - I have live 12. I read that when you drop an audio mic into an audio track it would be warped instantly, only I don’t think k it goes this. Can you show me / explain to me how you would warp this track it’s all over the place I’ve been subscribed to your channel since the very ray days mucka and you’ve taught me shit loads over the years so I also would like to say thanks for all your help videos they really help Cheers and thanks

That's a drum loop dude. Talk about click bait. Distressors are not good on the mix buss and usually not even on a drum buss, they are track compressors, however I was curious to see what you came up with due to the extra features on the plugin. Should have known it would be a single drum loop. Thumbs down for wasting my time and everyone else's.

man density responds for how many reflective surfaces are in the room. for example church is a pretty dense premises and a hollow room is the opposite. i'm sure you know it by now

Sweet, that fixed my phase issue. For a minute I was adjusting the panning until it fixed the phase but then i couldn't pan wherever I wanted to. I didnt even think about just EQing the sides.
