Amazing speaker! This is to me, what should be the foundation of education. Understanding Self. Knowing to love yourself is the everything to life. Loving your essence and understanding your Self enables one to cope, or be, in life. Cope is not really necessary once you know yourself because then you recognise that coping is part of control, and we dont need to control, we need to flow and release. This is so inspiring 💓
