@@shaquanamiddleton1691 Use the pliers to loosen the bolt underneath the knob first. It should turn after you loosen the bolt.

What do you use to make sure the layers don’t melt when heating it ?

I’m make sure my heatpress is set on the correct temperature, 325 degrees. Then I layer. The heat transfer vinyl is made for the heat. Just make sure you put it on the correct temperature and press for the right amount time. It won’t melt.
