Why are advance payments so high? Possibly because Motability are paying so much to Kwikfit! They would sooner fit new tyres than repair punctures. I know, they said the sidewalls were damaged from running flat! The tyre had never been flat and I insisted they repair the puncture caused by a small nail that had been in a small block of wood that was causing a constant thud, that brought my attention to it. The tyre lost no pressure on the way to Kwikfit. Complaint logged.
