There was a leak about a potential WhiteBoard app. Luna on Twitter wrote about a certain codename she found a few weeks back. The App "Layout" was leaked similarly.

Thanks for this follow up. I have not been back to workrooms since they announced the change and the related fact that they would destroy all of our related files. It is nice to hope that something good is coming - my guess is that they needed to simplify the code before they could add things - but they really have given us no basis for having any hope. For all we know, the next thing Meta will be doing is cutting back to black and white.

I'm so sad about this one! I hope it's the beginning of great things they'll add to the app later. But for now I'm heartbroken. As always thanks for watching!

idk I think the old UI is better, it doesn't feel as gaming oriented or have all your settings and stuff in easy access, like the Quest should

Probably worth mentioning that you have to have a router that can provide 6e. My motherboard has 6e WiFi included, but I use Virgin Media and have a Hub 3 which can only deliver 5e. I can upgrade to the latest hub which will give me 6e, but to switch to that would cost £35 for the hub upgrade and my monthly charge would literally double. :( However, great tutorial; clear and concise).

Ah. Yes. Greetings to the developer. I am pretty sure he is a honest guy and all. But - and that is a very. Very big “but”. At the end a LOT of personal data flows through his app. There has to be a hack more info about it than an interview and a glossy web site. There has to be a git these days and this has to be opensource. I do not care about the license. He can make as much money out of it as he can or want. But “Trust me brow” is no option for such an app from a small developer. And no. A X-Profile does not help much these days either.

Sadly, just went in to realize their latest update is a downgrade of the version you showed, stripping out most of the cool features like the whiteboard, multiple rooms... maybe they're planning for another app? Not sure but from the reviews, many previous users are pissed off

This thing is crap. All the "apps" are just shitty containered web apps. Couldn't even use most of the apps properly. Also no ability to copy/paste killed it for me. You expect me to log in to all these apps by typing out my randomly generated passwords manually?

Can see the potential of a futuristic company, but sadly, most of the vr user is just to play games instead of using it for work..

I have a hard time playing VR golf games without my golf accessory grip to putt handle from HELLO REAL after purchasing it. Walkabout Mini Golf and Golf Plus is not the same experience with an accessory.

It's free, it's easy to pick up and just ready to use without having to worry about connecting to a pc. The social piece was unexpectedly a great option. Watching events with ppl around the world is a blast. I own virtual desktop and it's great for the reason you already explained. No reason to pick up Skybox. That occasional lagging you mentioned with Virtual desktop is a pain at times. It'll run smooth and then it won't. Lastly, shoutout to you for watching About Time. LOL....easily one of the best shick flicks for dudes. It's a must watch.

Solid channel, sir. Going through a few of your videos and that's some good coverage. Golf+ is great. It's nothing like hitting a real ball, but it's pretty accurate in terms of recognizing your club face and swing path at impact. It's frustratingly accurate that it knows I slice my shots in real life. This is a good thing :) If I may suggest, there's a very good golf grip accessory that uses metal weights to give you a better golf club feel. It's not lengthened either. Only 1.5 feet long.

AV1 at 200mbps is = to h.264+ at 500mbps. It’s a more efficient codec, so it scales differently. That being said, AV1 isn’t recommended for fast paced games, so h.264+ is still a solid choice.
