Use updated version, latest and make sure the build you downloaded belongs to your device model only. There could be driver issues also. Try changing the USB cable also.

Ofcourse do this after doing software related troubleshooting or trying the mouse on different PC or Laptops to confirm mechanical failure. Once confirm, perform ghis magical DIY trick to fix it! Worked for me and saved me a lot of hassle although I bought the switches, I don’t need to use them for now! 😊

It’s probably rebooting in safe mode. Comment the entries in the /etc/fstab and restart! Then make sure the entry in fstab is correct!

What I had to do was use Automatic for port selection then go Test NAT Type. Double NAT ceased to exist and I got an Open NAT type.
