The specific model used for the image classification algorithm is not explicitly mentioned in the provided context. However, based on the information given, can we make an educated guess that a convolutional neural network (CNN) was used for this task?

Tough crowd, that is insanely impressive. Watching this 6 years later with the current state of AI, it’s clear that Benjamin’s vision for design is now closer than ever. A year from now we’ll be white boarding in FigJam, and instantly outputting prototypes in code ready to put in front of users. Hats off to

Does anybody have documentation or know more information in regards to building the "Install app" he shares at 15:02? I'd like to learn more on how to build one for my design system. Thanks in advance.

design systems are great but should be decoupled from implementation / integration. that said, ui designers need to know what's possible technologically, don't we?

Isn't it fascinating that a "Design Manager"millennial can find himself determining what other people can consider "truth" online? So "Design Manager" means you are qualified to tell other people what to think, someone who was most likely not even born when 9/11 happened. LOL And you wonder why Americans are considered stupid.

Great talk dude. You’ve got to step up the jokes, though. The delivery in particular. You can’t tell a joke and then say that it’s not funny or it is a silly joke. Sabotaging your own jokes will turn every great joke into a small one, and a small one into an awkward moment. Otherwise, thumbs up!

The Mailchimp mural examples he used actually proved him wrong. Those are marketing work and not UI work. Also isn't the AI scanning sketch part also saying that the days of human UI designers are numbered? So basically my only takeaway is - design system is trying to automate UI design and all UI designers should go get a marketing job where original and imaginative works are valued. Is this his whole point?

I'm a Designer for a leading Online Travel Agent in Asia and am part of the team that is striving to make the exact same shift you were able to achieve at Dropbox. I can't praise how much I loved your presentation, we can really sense the sincerity and passion you have for your craft and your ideas. Keep up the good work Ed, I hope we'll cross path some days at a convention or other Design events!

I see that it was mentioned that the colours are defined by brand and by accessibility 8:38, though the examples show are not accessible at all. To start with the pink / red text in the table on a white background does not meet WCAG, also neither does the white text on the green background. webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/?fcolor=E9F4F9&bcolor=70A2A9. It's shocking how many companies do this "Yeah it's accessible", "we take accessibility seriously" when in fact they don't even know the start of it. Even KZfaq has it wrong with hovering the comment button, please take a look! Tell me I am wrong lol.
