Hey Tamara - i just tried to send an email to marketing@ per the instruction at the end of your video but it bounced back saying that patrick@ doesn’t exist? Suspect you are forwarding marketing@ to patrick@ and he doesn’t exist in your company anymore? Anyway - i sent an email in because i really love the template you were able to create in this video and wanted to know if you could push that template into our proposify account for us to tweak and use? Really love the layout of this one and want to use it :)

Great content here! But honestly, Mystrika makes cold emailing a breeze. No other tool even comes close. Their Unibox and custom tracking features are unbeatable. A review on Mystrika would be awesome!

I love this video. My team needs someone to build these but for now it's me. How did you design that time table? Thank you

I disagree with doing everything you can to mend the relationship and trying to make it better. Sometimes it’s just not the right fit no matter what. A client that drains you is going to bring you down overall and affects your ability to show up for other clients. I always recommend a 30 day notice. I know 30 days is difficult but that gives them plenty of time to hire someone else. I also recommend offering to provide assistance to the new agency to make the transition easier. That always helps ease the tension.

My job is hiring for sales enablemand and I have no clue what it is, so thank you for the video. I'm going to start talking to the people in that department. I'm an SDR for enterprise accounts for a Saas company. I have a background in teaching and training.

I think this is some very short term thinking. If you are introduced by someone and you do a deal, you now have a relationship with that party going forward and it can be well worth the finder fee you paid. Yea maybe your margin wasn't as much as it could have been, but future transactions are now possible. Also, a full section called "They're trying to get money"? Yea that's business...

I know it's ok to use PowerPoint when you give a presentation. But when you send a PDF proposal as an email attachment without a chance to present the proposal, is a horizontal/landscape PDF proposal still acceptable? Or should the PDF proposal be vertical/portrait? Thanks.

I build in a 60 day termination notice into my contracts. when i get a client who needs to go, i devise ways to get them to sack me. So then I collect 2 months retainer which is $5-8 k for doing nothing. Then i work on replacing them twice over with 2 new clients, while they finance me as i do. The trick is to get then to fire you in a way that won’t hurt your reputation. Don’t leave money on the table when you can get paid for doing nothing. Is it underhanded? Not when you consider what they cost you in frustration up to that point.

Is there anyway to create a replybutton / canned reponse feature in your email for your recipients to use? I want to make their repsponding tome easy and want a feature with my emails to them to allow them to just click a button that send a automatic response to me e.g "Interested, call me in the new year" Is this possible?

Good video. I’m not sure if I would write an email - hate to put something like that in writing. I’ve got a situation now that I’m trying to deal with, a client that I’m no longer getting along with. I was thinking about introducing a freelancer to accept some of the services when I’m not available and then slowly transitioning the client to that person. I would still retain them as a client, but I wouldn’t have to deal with them day-to-day. If it turned out I still had to ‘fire’ them, I could say that my business is moving in a different direction and he/she will be handling your account.

Thank you for this informative cast (is this a podcast or a video, Idk?). I’m being referred to a team of SE people, and thus far, this talk has helped me get my head around the “how” of the job I hope to be doing. No one can truly explain it, and I’m slowly unraveling how I can be valuable in this type of role. I’m highly skilled and have a wide breadth of skills and experiences, and I’ve been in a job search for months. As a bit of a generalist, I’ve struggled when people ask me what I’m looking for…the SE you describe will pull together a lot of the roles I’ve done before. What else should I read / watch? Again, thanks!

Visual representation was the best personalized thing i've ever seen . People gets irritated of cold emails which are sent to 1000 others and they don't feel comfortable . Personalized emails are really cool

Wow. These guys are talking circles like it's an internal meeting. Slick and stinky. Heres my 2 cents: Sales Enablement = demonstrating the value of products and services and how that value applies to typical challenges and goals that prospective customers might have. It is important to point out that Sales Enablement's customers are internal customers like Account Executives, Channel Partners, Account Managers, Customer Experience Managers, Sales Engineers / Solution Consultants, so really they are training the front line employees that interact directly with customers so they can close deals. I've seen some amazing Sales Enablement people and it's a super misunderstood role.

You are so exaggerated with: the best cold email, I don't think that was a great email, just because they recorded a video, it doesn't mean the went above and beyond to study your company and customize the email. They do it every time they reach out to a prospect: cos they sell software focus on recording WEBSITES U genius. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at least Julie put more effort writing her email
