Good to know about the brake cable catching on the light bar.. my whole arm is tattooed, it would be a shame to have a crash like that. Last time I set down my son's 110 I was doing a wheelie, only messed up my hand but road rash is no joke.

The laws for "mopeds" vary from state to state and province to province, but most are very similar. It has to have working and attached pedals, up to a certain size engine (usually 49cc), or for electric it has to be so many watts and can't go over a certain speed, etc, etc... At least the cop was cool and explained with words, not a ticket. 👍

Shit were I live, DT l(undercover cops) pulled up next to me at night with a flash light pointed at me and just told me to get sum lights for it, just tell them it’s under 50cc and it doesn’t require no type of license u good with a regular driver’s license,just tell them it goes 15mph max
