Great video 🍺. I just got my first ever riding mower (used, no manual) and now I feel pretty confident that even I can do this 😎! Thanks again.

Dude, watching this a memory hit, second grade Homer Ak. 1985 we did model rockets. Sitting here a month away from being 47 I'm having conflicting thoughts about that, were we just that much more trustworthy at that age or were the adults in charge that reckless? Now most kids get to play with explosives (firecrackers) before the age of 8 thats only a few and under family supervision, not 20 and just 1 teacher watching us.

I think we underestimate what kids are capable of and tend to fill them with fear instead of challenging them to be awesome! Granted, vigilant supervision is important but a few skinned knees isn’t the end of the world. Thanks for watching!

@@homeandacre that's a truth. About a decadeand a half ago I played nanny for a friend whose wife was in the hospital trying to die, in those three months their 3 year old learned half the alphabet and because they asked if they could help with chores and I let them they were getting tho where they could at least fold laundry without me having to go behind their back and redo everything. Within 2 weeks of their mom getting better the child lost all progress because neither parent spent time actually training their children how to be responsible. Hell, their eldest came up to me a couple years ago and thanked me for spanking them the one time they pushed me too far. Most children don't appreciate proper discipline while young, but when they become adults and have to deal with society they learn to.

This video was masterfully made and brilliantly executed. To those who dare to dream, do not allow your dreams to crumble under the success of others. Rather, let others see your hopes and dreams take off like an orbiting rocket and never to return the same as it left. .

OK... Just bought one. TY for making this video. But my 'kit' came with 4 extra parts! it was crazy. One nice thing was that I did not have to do the first step with the two bolts... My mower ("48) already had them***, so that was cool. Actually, everything was easy except on mine, connecting the first plastic 'catcher' to the cutting blades/flap is stupidly difficult! Even on the highest mowing setting, there was NOT enough room for my hand to get underneath and manipulate a bolt screw, and then tighten with the wing nut on the outside- I had to prop up the mower. This seems so easy to fix? Very similar to how the 'catching' bolts at *** above were already installed? The whole thing is a PITA to move back and forth, especially during leaf season, where not having a bagger is fine for a while (because I can move the leaves to the mulch bedsnor at least near them), but in the front yard and on the sides, I need it. Again, TY for this video! It did save me time!

I will add an abstract point of view. Seems like most people like what you presented in this video and they participate by commenting… like & dislike etc. what I don’t like: all of this property has no meaning without animals around. They take the natural habitat of wildlife to build what we see here. I’m a beekeeper and I have no place to do what I do. They know nothing else but to build. I don’t like it.

When I was twenty years old I decided to go down a four wheel drive trail. Me and my friend were going around a corner. You told me that there's a really big drop on his side. Then the driver's side wheels started to lift off the ground. I tried to correct it. It didn't work. We ended up rolling down a cliff side. I've saw the sky fourteen times. My friend said he saw fifteen times. We ended up coming up to a rest against a big tree. We roll down at least a hundred to a hundred and fifty feet. We had other people in our party. None of us were seriously hurt. But I can still hear the sound of the crunching metal every Night. Is that was 1 Of the worst accident i've been in. But I have a lot of accidents. Where I was injured pretty bad. But that's the one that still haunts me to this day. What if I did this. What if I did that why did we go down that trail that day.
