Ooh that looks really nice, I like the palette you used, it's gives a really calm vibe, plus the music, it's like a mix.

Hello. congratulations for the channel. beautiful paintings. one question: how you thin the water mixable oil ? with water? how long does it take to dry? is it sticky? thank you.

Very insightful, thankyou for this information. I've never worked with water soluable oils. What is the typical open time to work and blend with this medium? Thankyou!

thank you so much for the incredibly thorough breakdown of the appropriate tools and sealers... THAT WAS AMAZING!! p.s. I cut a piece our of an old black cotton tshirt, some cotton balls (3 works) and a rubber band to make my charcoal satchel.. works like a charm <3

I saw several videos about water mixable oils of different brands. Perhaps it would be correct to call them water cleanable, water washable oils . I recently tried a type of watermixable oil colors from the ferrario brand (idroil). bad smell, not at all covering, diluting them with a little water the pigment peeled off. probably the best on the market are artisan w & n, cobra royal talens, georgian daler rowney, Lukas Berlin . I m still skeptical about this new colors . In Italy they are unsuccessfull . They didn t have good advertisment . Even in Academy of fine arts no One teacher told me about these new colors. But for my curiosity i like to experiment (also because i love oil colors but solvents as turpentine are toxic ) . In the stores nowadays there re too many medium , thinners even bio / green to solve problems of headache , toxic by turpentine . This Wide selection of medium and thinners create in me much confuse about how to mix oil to get different results (as alla prima , glazing , layering etc ) It s so rare to find watermixable oils in italian art stores . Maybe they are more popular abroad , as in usa , northern Europe .

Thank you for your insight. I have been working with the Aqua Duo water mixable oil. It works well, but I had no reference to compare it with other brands. Now I do, I will have to look for Cobra and give I a try.

Thank you for this. I didn't have the special paper or acetone so I ended up experimenting with watercolour paper and alcohol. Interesting results. Can't wait for your next video. You have a clear and concise method of explaining things.
