Thousands of separate genetic differences? I thought the total number of DNA differences is about 125 million, but since the insertions can be more than one nucleotide long, there are still about 40 million separate mutation events between chimps and humans.

I read when Eleanor visited the troops in the Pacific in WW2, it was something the soldiers hadn't seen in a long time - a mother figure. It meant so much to them - touring musicians, actors, and actresses could not come close to replicate. Eleanor recognized that many of the soldiers would not return home and toured troops, hospitals, and cemeteries sun up to sun down. Reading about this brought me to tears, knowing my father also served in the Pacific. Just a small sliver of the most remarkable American of the 1900's or possibly ever.

6 million years for a single mutation? Did she even learn basic biology. There are millions of mutation that happen every second in body when cells divide. This video is stupid.

Sin is not the motive force that has given us the wonders of the modern world any more than a clever central planner or his cruel taskmasters would. It is the uniquely human capacity to balance our self-interest with the interests of others in our economic network dividing our labors, and exchanging the resulting surpluses of value fairly and fluidly in a free market which drives life to increasing abundance. Mr. Gilder is wise to say this and generous to not name the authors of this scurrilous smear.

this was the driest, most boring talk ever--all Patrick Deneen's fault. Chris Rufo is awesome, but the quest is super boring...and hard to hear too. His volume keeps fluctuating.

Deneen is a subtle thinker. You have to listen closely and listen patiently to fully grasp what he’s saying. But it’s worth the effort. His point of view is thoughtful and unique.

Of course Darwin evolution is fake. My six years plus study proves that life is simulated. DNA code is all the evidence you need. It is encrypted information which is decrypted by complicated machinery in your cells. There are human like robots to deliver protein, copy cells, and much more.

Then I think you should tell that to the scientific community since people with much more experience than yours don't think that.

Eleanor Roosevelt was probably the one person, living or dead, that I admire most in the world. She will always be a hero to me, because she managed to lift herself out of very unfortunate circumstances and become a very productive person who did a great deal of good in the world. I just wish that I had been around when she was doing a lot of her good work.

0:18 It would be impossible; there hasn't been enough time; the Universe would have to be trillions of years old, for starters, and then, the other astronomical impossibility of the chances of random, unguided, clumsy 'evolution' to produce anything functional is comical, --and scientific nonsense. /Time to put a lid on darwinian propaganda.

Patrick seems to be setting up a straw man of the left, or at least treating all the left as the more extreme of the left. He says the left wants to destroy the family and religion. He says the old left used to be focused on the rapaciousness of corporations. Liberals in general, and the Democratic Party, haven't been focused on destroying any of this. Look at their most recent presidents. Biden displays his Catholicism on his sleeve, doesn't talk about freeing people from their families, and while he may want more regulation and to return to previous corporate tax rates...certainly isn't a great enemy of corporations. I don't know if Obama really believed in his Christianity, but he certainly portrayed himself as a good Christian family man and even spoke like a preacher and relied on religious themes as president. Clinton was a triangulator rather than a man of the far left. Patrick is acting like the key thrust of liberals is attacking religion and the family. That's nonsense. There are tensions along the edges, but it's not a main thrust of their actual policy or leadership.

The funniest thing is that you know the evolutionists always try to back their side by saying it is based on science not religion, but then they come to a video like this and they downvote it even though the points in this video are made of science. Ya know... science... the thing they claim is the reason they think they are correct.

Thomas Nagel put it this way, and I agree with him. I’m paraphrasing here: the Darwinian synthesis of evolution defies common sense.
