Really like the direction you're taking your channel with this video. Some great points on the importance of security, and engaging the enemy inside the kill zone in an ambush. Thanks for sharing fren. A note on firing in the direction of friendlies: the ricochet of a round can travel in strange directions, and possibly cause casualties; as a result we try to conduct assaults and ambushes with teams at an angle no greater than 90 degrees. Dyslecxi made a video on this topic: "Lesser of two evils, a lesson on machinegunning (commentary) - ShackTac Arma 2". There's some great teaching on ambushes in 6-22 - 6-40 of the ATP 3-21.8, if you're interested.

I would recommend having the medkit on your backside, it's been standardized so friendlys won't have to search or ask where it is to provide aid. I guess it's alright to have the tourniquet on the front as long as you're the one applying it. When providing aid, you're not supposed to use your medkit, but theirs. but this is coming from someone who doesn't even have a medkit for myself. unless i'm not looking in the right places, those things are expensive. :(
